Flight delayed for 2 hours

<p>I've been waiting for flight JE253 for over an hour now without any detailed explanation as to what the issue is we are now being told that we'll have to wait another hour before we can go and this also isn't verified information I made it a point to book an pay for my ticket on time and arrive an hour 30 minutes to arrive at the airport early for my flight to be delayed for a whole 2 hours without a sincere apology or alternative means to make sure we get to our destination on time as promised by you honestly such despicable service and a complete inconvenience I've never experienced while traveling with Mango, I am extremely disappointed </p>
