Flight Delayed by 3 hours and no answer

I was supposed to fly to P.E. last Friday on flight JE543, I only had a couple hours to see my boyfriend, who moved there for work the beginning of the year. The flight was first delayed by 2hours and 15minutes, then it changed to 3hours. We ended up only taking off about 4 hours later. Whenever we asked why there was such a long delay, we didn't get a straight answer and even the Pilots didn't know what was happening. Long story short, they managed to make my weekend so much shorter than it already was and I was not happy at all, I'm still not. I then got a message saying that \Mango apologizes for the delay of flight JE543
