Flight delay, Poor communication

<p>My flight was scheduled for 15.50, was at the airport at 13.00 only to be informed that the flight was delayed to 16.35 and then to 18.40 and then to 19.15. which resulted to me missing an important family event. Unacceptable!! Being a Loyal customer, i am totally disappointed !! Poor Communication!!</p>
