Flight Delay! JE645

<p>Flight JE645 to Dbn from Lanseria on 4 August was meant to depart at 17:10</p> <p>I received at text to say it was delayed and will depart ar 17:56. At the boarding gate departure board no delay on that flight was mentioned. The airline staff had not announced the delay as well. Some passengers received the text and others didnt. As a result there was much confusion. Then comes a 2nd text to say flight will depart at 18:03</p> <p>When the flight eventually took off it was 18:28, resulting in me being very delayed for an event that i had to attend in Umhlanga that evening. </p> <p>@ Mango- consider offering discounts or vouchers to passengers on matters like these to compensate for the inconvenience that was caused.</p>
