Flight Cancelled; voucher not for the full amount :( ****************

We had a flight booked (with Mango) for Easter Weekend - due to covid lockdown the flights was cancelled and a voucher eventually issued. No Problems.

Then we used this voucher to book a flight for 12 - 17 June: But we had to pay in 1453.

So now THIS flight is cancelled (just received a voucher; no sorry or press release or ANYTHING) - and this is where the issue comes in - we only received a voucher for R1453 that we paid in.

So what happened to the original R2304 voucher - that just disappeared? Where did that money go - I used my voucher to pay for the flight but those funds have seemingly gone into Mango's back-pocket?
