False advertising NOT WHAT YOU PROMISE

Mango airline pride themselves on being the cheapest and most affordable airlines. LIES<br> I bought a ticket three months ago with the knowledge I might have to change the date. I Googled it and Mango says on the website to change the date might cost R300 <br> It also says that you would have to pay the difference for the new date.<br> Today I wanted to change ONE date on the ticket and MANGO charged me R2300!!!!<br> If I go on the Mango site and buy a ticket it costs R900<br> SO HOW THE HELL do you guys get from R900 to R2300?????<br> It wil cost me MORE to change the stupid ticket than to just buy a new one. After speaking to one of your Helpdesk people I realize that is how you guys make/***** money!! By forcing the client to forfeit the original ticket and force them to buy a new one.THIS IS ****************!!!<br> THIS DOENT MAKE SENSE!!!! BAD SALESMANSHIP! Not taking care of loyal customers and false advertising! NOT DOING WHAT YOU PROMISE and misleading the client.<br> VERY UPSET! <br> I FEEL ******!!
