Extremely dissatisfied

I’m extremely disappointed with Mango airlines I tested positive for Covid 19 and they are charging me a cancellation fee of R390 for requesting to postponing to after I’ve recovered and they are insisting that my partner whom I was gonna travel with produces a doctors note my confusion is it’s like they expect her to travel alone this were were scheduled together.
