Extremely disappointing

When I left Durban on the 28th November 2015 i attend a pageant with a very expensive garment that could not be put in my travel bag. ( I took it as hand luggage) when I got to the plane i asked the air hostess if there was any place for her to keep my garment - she shook her head and said in the only place would be in the toilet.<br> <br> I left it at that, when it came to departure 1 of the consultants on duty for 12 December 2015 told a few of us to move to 107/108 to be helped. I thought the queue was extremely long so i sent my aunt and brother to ask if it was okay to check in and drop bag off - as my flight was about to departure in the next 45 mins. As shocking as it seems her response was - \Be prepared to miss your flight
