Extreme rudeness and lack of concern for disabilities

I travelled from Johannesburg to Cape Town on Mango yesterday and was horrified by the treatment I received both at the check in desk and on the flight. I have health disabilities that cause extreme chronic pain, and just to get some water for pain medication, when I even had my money in hand, was near to impossible on board. I felt disrespected and disregarded and would not choose to fly Mango again.
