Extra costs incurred by mango airlines poor service

The purpose of having the choice of a time slot when booking a flight is to ensure it suits your schedule and budget. But clearly not if you are booked with mango, they find it acceptable to just reschedule your flight and delay your travel arrangements by 4 hours which causes major inconveniences especially when you’re expected to travel home at midnight and then apologize with a ridiculous R60 meal voucher which we were told you could use anywhere only to find out you can’t use it anywhere. We had to incur extra costs on dinner as well as an Uber home which costs over R500 due to the delay causing us to get home at midnight which had nothing to do with us as the customer
