Expred Credit Card accepted, but customer NOT

Having inadvertently entered an expired credit card number (which was accepted??), the client was unable to obtain her ticket due to inconsitencies in credit card numbers....BUT Mango already had the money, acknowledged in their bank account???<br> A new ticket had to be paid for, at a higher price...and nobody across multiple contact numbers at Mango could be of any assistance!!!!
