exellent service!!

<p>hi, I would like to pass and recommend the outstanding and exceptional service I received today in the early hours of the day, my story goes like this: <br />I was a bit behind time for a 06:00hrs flight to Lanseria. I tried checking in via my mobile device but I think I was late already as I was facing some network issues, I got to the airport in a rush and when I got to the check in desk was told the flight was closed, actually there where about 20 people who where still boarding, I was asked to go to the office which I did quickly, I got there and there was 10 people left to board. then the panicking me kicked in as we couldn't afford to take the next flight due to a tight schedule on the day, <br />well to cut the story short, Sphilile and her team (two young energetic enthusiastic ladies) listened to my query and immediately they "DID THEIR THING". Sphilile was on the phone quickly, the other lady was on the computer and the other one was assisting us with the rules and regulation procedure, and within a minute we found ourselves being referred to counter 27 to collect the boarding pass, there was a guy(the only one in the shift, George if not mistaken) he took us through the gates and that was so quick and finally we got the flight.<br />This kind of your team showed me that they have customers' needs at heart and going all the extra mile couldn't go unnoticed, I can not thanks these guys enough. with a team like that honestly you go far. I can not rate that service enough. Thank you Sphilile and all your team for such a great service. THANK YOU!!!</p>
