Excellent service

I had booked flights for my son, a student in Cape Town, to come back for the Easter holidays with Mango airlines. The ticket was the cheapest I could find with no option of refunds. After a few days my son found out that he cannot come home for the term holiday due to a field prac. I contacted Mashiya Mgojo at the Guest Care number that Mango has and she promptly offered to canceled the ticket and issue me with a voucher, minus a penalty fee. I was very positively surprised by the willingness to try to help.<br>
