ERROR 200: INTENTIONAL OFFLINE

On the 20th Mango Airlines had a special on their tickets. I tried to buy 2 return tickets from Cape Town to OR Tambo all four at R599 each from 7h30 in the morning until just before 10h00pm same day. At times the system will give me an error message after I capture the names of the passengers and at times I would go thorough to payment BUT in every instance I would get an ERROR 200. It really was so wrong of Mango to get us all excited about the tickets only to have their system offline the whole day. I tried to make the booking the next day,21st, as the special was said to be for both days but the tickets were now sky high.

And oh yes, I tried calling the Call Center numerously and was never answered.

I really am disappointed in you guys and believe that the system was OFFLINE intentionally.
