Enquiries is a big Black Hole

We booked flights on Mango from George to Johannesburg, returning a month later. This because their flights are the most convenient and the shortest stop over time at OR Thambo when going to and coming from Europe on SAA. As a add on one can pay a fee for access to flight lounges. The online booking site is very confusing and does not tell if the service is only available on the outbound flight from George or also the inbound flight from Johannesburg. Of course we would like to rest and freshen up in the Johannesburg lounge after the long haul flight from overseas. Multiple attempts to get some clarification by emailing Mango came to nothing. No response at all. Looking at their response record at Hellopeter, I'm not surprised anymore and actually don't expect any reaction at all.
