DONT WASTE TIME USING MANGO FRAGILE SERVICES

I recently flew mango airlines when checking in i used their fragile bag services everything was fine the guy checking us in was very helpful showed me where to drop off my bag and had my items clearly marked - glass, boarded our flight after a 2hr delay reached Durban only to wait at fragile for another 45mins still no fragile luggage after another 30mins my husband discovered our my bag on the main baggage carrier my heart immediately sank as i knew my wine glasses where all broken and thats exactly what happened whats even more frustrating is that there is no one to assist at the airport all you can do is send an email this all happened on the 2nd January still no feedback or report i guess their fragile is not so fragile after all. Very disappointing.
