Don't Fly Mango

I'm so disappointed with the service the airline provides. I purchased tickets for my family in January for our holiday in the June school holiday to Kruger National Park.

Due to holidays being postponed for two weeks we will not be able to do the planned holiday.

I contacted the Airline and they have a no refund policy... R3500, 00 Loss for me and my family.

All I got out of the agent "No vouchers... You can pay for a name change or change in date."
