DON'T FLY MANGO !!!!

I have made a booking to Bloemfontein for the 8th of October 2020, Paid for the ticket @ R 1 600.00. On following up my flight details I am told that I have no more flight, the flight is cancelled and the only way for me to be refunded is via a voucher that I can use whenever I feel like it to anywhere in the country on Mango flights. NO CASH REFUNDS and that is how it is. !!! NO NOTIFICATIONS, E-Mails or phone calls to inform me.

How do I get to Bloemfontein on a voucher when they do not fly there anymore untill end of November or whenever. I can not speak to a senior because "they are all working from home " The most pathetic service and results on an enquiry I have ever experienced.
