Domestic flight delayed by 3 hours, no delay voucher

Flight JE255 on Friday 26 February 2021 from OR Tambo to King Shaka was delayed by 3 hours. No delay voucher issued despite having sent an email to claim the voucher as per communication from Mango. They don't answer calls as well.
