Do you not care about your elderly passengers?

I am disgusted with your service and attitude - I have a friend in Australia whose 80 year old mother is travelling from South Africa to Australia on Friday - she first travels with Mango from Durban to Johannesburg and then with Qantas from Johannesburg to Australia. She needs assistance in the form of a wheelchair to get from the domestic terminal to the Qantas check-in counters.

I have phoned Mango and they are only willing to assist with their leg of the journey - i.e. off-loading her at the domestic terminal. I have phoned Qantas and they are only willing to assist from their check-in desk. I have phoned OR Tambo Airport and spoke to somebody who really was not interested in assisting.

So how does one get from the domestic terminal to the international terminal if you are elderly. Do you not care about your elderly passengers?
