Do not book flights with Mango at the moment!

I have booked 5 return flights for myself and family to attend a wedding which has now been postponed due to the rise in COVID cases. I have been trying to cancel the flights for the past 7 days. No answer from call centers or replies from the email addresses mentioned on websites for customer assistance.
