Disrespectful and RUDE to passenger

Flight Details: Flight JE 151 from Johannesburg to Cape Town on 9 February 2016 at 17:30.<br> The flight was delayed which I have no problem with. We sat on the runway for approximately 50 minutes. <br> After sitting for about 35 minutes I needed to use the bathroom facilities due to a medical condition. <br> I rang the bell for assistance from the Air hostess. None of them came to me and blatantly ignored me. <br> I got up from my seat and asked the head hostess (I don't have her name) if I could please use the bathroom. <br> In front of all the passengers she abruptly ordered me to go back to my seat as I am NOT allowed to use the bathroom. I told her again that I have been waiting for after take-off to use the bathroom but due to the delay which was about 35 minutes I cannot hold out any longer. She again told me to go sit down. I posed the question to her that if I urinate on the seat, if she would clean it? She rep**** with a \YES\". Now this was embarrassing as all the other passengers could hear this. She also walk past me later on and burst out laughing for everyone to see AGAIN.<br> I WAS a frequent flyer on Mango. I want feedback on this matter asap and action that will be taken against her"
