Disgusting treatment to mums and tots and service to passengers

<p>Travelling from Cape Town to Durban last week...carrying a new born under a month in pouring rain...when asked a staff member for assistance I was told they don't assist to even help you with a bag...we pay and arm and a leg for out tickets...to be treated like that...I had to enter the plane through the back door...in the pouring rain with my baby instead if threw the front door where it was all covered now im sitting with a doctor's bill of an exorbitant amount because baby had picked up a cold from the wether that led to a slight bronchitis...and guess what mango won't even scop a 1% towards my ticket or the doctors bill...we should be given preference de one to the medically assisted to enter the plane first no matter where ur seat is on the flight... disgusting and unruly for retail and customer service</p>
