Disgusted by Mango Airlines!!! Terrible experience!!

I am absolutely appalled at the service from Mango. My flight was scheduled for 15:15 this afternoon, I have been at OR Tambo since 14:00 this afternoon only to find out that my flight had been delayed. Myself and HUNDREDS of other passengers have been stranded waiting and waiting in pure frustration. I do not understand how Mango could only send out an sms telling me my flight was delayed at the time I was supposed to be flying. There is clearly no care, no concern, no apology from the airline as to them this is just their job and tough for anyone who is stuck in this unacceptable delay. I am sure that there were passengers that were travelling on deadlines or perhaps even had obligations that could not be met. There has been no acknowledgement of Mango Airlines unacceptable service. I will definitely NOT fly Mango ever again!! We were also ushered onto a bus, that wasn't moving, packed to capacity, with no aircon or ventilation... we stood outside the plane for at least 20 minutes only then to board... This is absolutely disgusting!! I am so mad!! Mango... You have caused havoc in HUNDREDS of passengers lives!!
