Disgusted at Mango Airline services

I am highly disgusted with your services. My mom was supposed to depart from P.E at 8:25 and land at 10:05, today 18/05/2018. She was coming up for her aunts funeral at 11:30. Her flight is delayed inevitably and she will not make the funeral. You refuse to give her money back. I am highly disappointed and will never support Mango airlines again.
