Disgusted

In August we had to cancel a booking for my niece as she found out that she was pregnant and was not allowed to fly. We were told by Mango that there is no refund but only a voucher for future use. Today we want to use the voucher but it shows 0 value. Trying to contact your contact centre is futile when they DO Eventually pick up they simple put it back down again. I prefer Flysafair but unfortunately they do not fly to Lanseria
