disgraceful service

Flight delayed for 3 hours. After this ********** delay we see another 30 minutes. Absolute disregard for customers. Children stuck for so many hours and mothers waiting to get home to their children. To this time there is not so much as an apology or information on reasons. I will certainly reconsider booking on mango airlines
