************** against parents flying with infants - worst airline!

<p>This airline 'apparently' has a policy one which is only app**** when it suits them and none of which is mentioned at anytime on their website or when buying a ticket! They completely overcharge and add your poor infants car seat and pram as ACCESS luggage! How pathetic! Are they this desperate for money! Its truly uncalled for and unprofessional especially when one airport charges for this and the others not! R1000 extra just for a pram! Shocking! Even if they give tickets away for free I will never fly them again! A disgrace! You should be a shamed but then nstead it looks loke this doesnt even bother you in the slightest as you never even comment or reply . Seems like you dont mind the bad reputation! Disgusting! </p>
