Disastrous and disappointed

My parents were traveling for their 50th birthday we booked them flights from CPT to Zanzibar and the flight plan were as follows because there weren’t any direct flights from CPT so the route was -CPT-JHB ZANZIBAR on the 07 November. My parents being of their age had flight delayed NOT once but TWICE with mango! (07.11.2019) The JHB -ZANZIBAR -Flight was late for more than an hour and then the terminal gate was changed while they were told to take a break and come back in 30 min. On their way back they were told that the terminal changed. Not wanting to miss their flight they had to run from a to z to board their flight (My 50 yr old parents!!). Once they eventually boarded they had to wait an extra 30 min for water to be loaded onto the plane. Moreover! FROM JHB CAPT FLIGHT was also More than an hour delayed! they were meant to arrive at 10:30 pm and ended up landing after midnight! Having to get them at that time of the night in Cape Town was an extreme sport! Poorly managed airline! My surprise to them were terrible! As they did not appreciate being ******ed around on the airport both to and from!
