Disappointing Service

MANGO AIRLINES- Offered a 3 month voucher after wanting to change a date for my travel in January 2021, ( expiry date 16 April 2021) The voucher now is somewhat useless to me as I need it for EL travel as my son and my family are from there. The date I wanted to change my flight to, was not available, in fact Mango airlines has no flights available for the EL route at all and they failed to communicate that with us from the 1st time. We alternatively had to spend money to pay for another flight. We requested for a refund and they said we can travel with that voucher to any other destination but we will not get our money. Its quite disappointing especially for a 1st time passenger. Anyway I will never use Mango or recommend it to anyone. Now we have to plan for travelling to other destinations which was not part of our budget, just because Mango was unable to accommodate or cater for our needs as their customers.
