Disappointed in Mango flight attendant

My wife and two yea old daughter used your service from Johannesburg to Cape Town on Flight Mango JE149. I am very disappointed in the way they were handled on the flight. My two year old, who was sleepy, was forced to sit in a seat alone. She was very traumatized and het mother had to keep her down to please the assistant. On her way from Cape town to Johannesburg they were handled much better at a different air line. Thank you very much for the passengers who assisted my wife and for their compassion, unlike the Mango crew at that flight.
