Departure late!!!

<p>Due ton my ********** experience I will never be flying Mango again. They departed late from CT and on questioning the flight crew was informed the flight would be on time. Needless to say it wasn't and I missed my connection. There was not another flight to my destination and Mango refused to accept responsibility for me missing my flight. They refused to assist me in anyway and I had to fork out R1700.00 for accommodation at a Airport hotel. What if I was someone that did nt have the cash available to do so. I would have had to sleep in the airport. Absolutely disgusting! I will advise everyone I know that they should never make use of Mango. If this is how they treat their customers they deserve to go out of business.</p>
