Denied access to flight

<p>On the 23 of April, myself and 4 other passengers were denied access onto a Mango flight because we were between 2 and 5 minutes late for bagage checkin. To make matters worse the flight was then delayed and we were still not granted access to the flight. I personally feel that this was completely unnecessary and given the cercumstances we should have been allowed onto the flight. </p>
