Delayed Luggage

I flew from Cape Town to JHB, connecting with SAA to Dallas USA, my luggage was taken by another passenger and her luggage was on my flight leaving from JHB. Her luggage was removed from our flight and she left my luggage at lost and found with Mango. Despite several expensive phone calls from the USA they are refusing to release my luggage due to the other passenger's luggage that they are unable to trace. We did what we had to do to get the luggage removed but they are now making their problem mine. The word customer service does not exist all they tell me that it is their policy. I am in the states already for 12 days with no luggage!!! Despite the inconvenience and expenses to have to buy new clothes, all my medication is in my luggage.<br>
