Delayed flights& pathetic attitudes

Flight 1 hour 10 min late. No explanation. Lady behind guest desk ignored me. Should have left 8.20am only boarding 9.55am. No official confirmation as yet. 25th December 1 hour late. 3rd January -3.45pm flight- only left 5.30pm. Swopped plane - technical difficulties. Should this airline even fly with all the technical difficulties they have? Is it so difficult to send an sms to warn passengers???? They don't care. Tells the story why SAA IS IN THE DWANG LIKE THEY ARE. #ANC government spending the money on themselves and their friends#********
