Delayed Flights

Why has Mango airlines have so much flight delays without even providing a reason ?.As a business person appointments are set up as per travel / flight schedules .So as of today there had been 2 flight changes with appointments having to be cancelled with JHB clients .Who is responsible for this loss of business.
