Delayed flight and NO one knows about it

On my way to dbn right17:10 flight now and NO one know about the delayed flight until we get to the boarding gates.guest services says they don't know about a delay even after calling around... I have medication to take and arranged transport and now I gotta fit the extra costs involved.... Mango What A LETDOWN.
