Delayed flight

<p>I am absolutely disappointed with mango airlines, I had 4 airlines to choose from when booking my flight. I chose to fly mango as it was scheduled to fly 20 min earlier than the rest. I had an early meeting and wanted to get a head start. Flight JE241 on Friday 30 September was horribly delayed due to the crew not being on time for work. This individual decided that she would inconvenience a full flight of many individuals, some like me who have business commitments and even worse that the airline had no contingency plan for under omitted staff. Toward the front of the cue where a number of restless kids with just as restless parents that where deceived into getting kids woken up early, thinking that Mango airlines could provide the service that they charged for!!!</p>
