Delayed flight

I am stuck at the Port Elizabeth airport waiting for a flight to Johannesburg. My flight was supposed to leave at 18h00 but it has been delayed to 20h00. I am getting no sms updates and there are no airline people to address us. Good customer service is everything if you want to protect your reputation and your business. I am with old people who are on medication. They were supposed to be almost home by now. Some will be without transport when we get to OR Tambo airport as the Gautrain will have stopped running when we arrive there. What does one do in this situation? My flight coming to Port Elizabeth was also delayed.
