Delayed flight

I booked and paid for a flight to JHB. On arrival at the air port I was informed that the flight was 30min late. 53min late actually was what they were ment to say. Costing me a boat load as all my appointments were lost and major costs. Then they reply with (sorry)?.

I WILL NEVER FORGET THIS SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN.

This matter will be taken further.
