Delay, delays and more delays...

I have never been so disappointed in an airline as I am in Mango Airlines. Flight JE548 from PE was delayed last night, arrival time was 20:20, but only arrived at 21:30. Then luggage was also delayed. Read lots of reviews about your flight delays, but experienced it first hand. Never again am I making that mistake again. If you communicated better to your passengers what the delay is all about then perhaps you wouldn't get angry customers.
