Delay delay

<p>Friday 2 September Flight SA 2020 (JE 148) was delayed 3 hrs with no explanation. People were at airport 2 hrs before. Some passangers were given a R60 meal voucher but many were not offered anything.</p> <p>Boarding gates changed. Due to delay I missed a work appointment and my pick up arrangement. Long delay for baggage retreaval resulting in it being dark by the time we exited the airport.</p> <p>Suitcase lock found to be removed and case opened.</p> <p> </p>
