<p>On 12/01/2017 I cancelled my flight on time and i was told i would receive a voucher after a deduction of R370 is done for admin costs. I have since followed up and i was told they are busy processing my request and today when i phoned to enquire i was told that i would not receive a voucher. Instead of opting for name or date change i cancelled the flight based on the advise of your consultants who told me i would receive the voucher- i spoke to different consultants on different dates who confirmed same. Im not going to be punished because your staff decides to make rules as they go along- i want my voucher !!! i feel cheated because it seems like the advise i was given was only benefit yourselves so you can sell my seat knowing while i lose out - thats dishonest !</p>
