Damaged Traveling Bags

I booked a flight using Mango Airlines on the 1st of May 2016 leaving Johannesburg for Port Elizabeth. Two of my bags were badly damaged during this. I hope to get a speedy resolve because this is not the first time I have had a unpleasant experience with Mango Airlines.
