Damaged suitcase, now for the second time.

I was flying from, Cape Town International airport to OR Tambo International airport with Mango before, on arrival when I saw that my suitcase was damaged, by the wheels on the suitcase, I went to report it by the Mango office, whereby I was told, that I can open a case to fix my suitcase, but I must do it through my own insurance. I got so cross about it, that I left the case, because if I use my own insurance, my no claim bonus, will be affected.<br> <br> On Thursday, the 2nd of April I was booked, on a flight again from Cape Town International to OR Tambo International, and when I went and collect my suitcase, I saw that my suitcase was broken this time. I really need somebody to help me, in these 2 cases, so that is why I came for help, by your side.
