Damaged luggage claim

The wheel of my suitcase was broken off on one of the Mango flights. Efforts to contact Mango in order to file a claim have been futile. Their supposed 'guestcare' email bounces back and efforts to get assistance via their social media has led to lots empty promises to get back to me. Phoning their call centres results in being put on hold for too long before getting any assistance. <br> I paid for their travel insurance and therefore expect to be reimbursed for the cost replacing that broken suitcase. <br>
