Damaged luggage

I had a pleasant flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town on Monday morning, only to find my bag was damaged. When I approached the claims office, they had the nerve of telling me to undo the dent and let the crack be. The Team Leader’s response basically showed me a middle finger in the email.
