Damaged luggage

I traveled from Cape-Town International to Lanseria International on Saterday 28 September 2017 on Flight 716. My name is Tania Nel with ID number ********** 251086. When I received my luggage back, my bag's one wheel was broken off. I recently bought the bag for the trip and it cost me over a R1000 and now a newly purchased bag is damaged. This is unacceptable. I am a dedicated client of Mango but I can not fly with Mango if I need to buy a need bag everytime I fly. I would like to know what Mango is going to do about it. Otherwise Mango has lost a dedicated client.
