Damaged Bags

I usually fly quite with Mango and this weekend I flew back from Durban to JHB. This is now the third that I have collected my bag and it was damaged. This time I was the most angry as this is a new bag and when I collected it, the wheels at the bottom had been cracked, the cover of my bag was filthy and somewhat had slight tears and my bag was practically empty yet they still managed to break something inside it. I understand that care cannot be taken for each piece of luggage however I am quite upset that this is now the third time this has happened. It doesn't take a second to not throw luggage around as I have seen them do while loading.
