Damaged bag

My bag was opened and ripped apart. There were things ****** in my bag too. When I get to the counter to report the incident the lady gave me bad attitude. Her name is Rachel. <br> They told me about their procedures and said I have to come fetch the bag myself once they call me. This means I have to use my own petrol money which they will not compensate to come fetch my bag again once they have fixed it.
